this stopped me from crying. i'm in therapy because of overwhelming and strong emotions, learning to get to know myself better. today i'm sick in my bed, bored, lonely and a little lovesick as well.. at some point i couldnt stop crying and desperately wanted a hug, well i still want one but i'm much calmer now. thank you so much 🌼 love from germany 🌞。✧♡

Thank you for this wonderful lesson. I will share something related to this that someone who is wise told me: that when we observe our emotions, we should also do so without judgement. We shouldn't dwell on thoughts like, "I shouldn't be feeling this way, " or "There is something wrong with me, " etc. We only observe.

As a person suffering from OCD for almost an entire lifetime, I find Yongey 'perfect'. His appearance in the video is perfect, but his teachings are more perfect.

Example : You with your Awareness just watching from the top of a high steep mountain at any emotion lower down in the valley, appearing so small and so insignificant down there.

I to my terrace in the afternoon and focused on fine particles . I saw sunlight a turning into raining light When it reaches the earth I can say that sunlight falling on the earth is just like rain.Seeing sunlight falling onto the earth with my own eyes is truly miraculous

The beauty of these lessons is the fact that you are shown what to do in many instances and how to do them well . No high flying quote from holy books but guided life changing activity that any human being can apply .

Meditation with Emotion is THE BEST for me. THE BEST MEDITATION OBJECT IN THE WORLD. I don’t like focussing on breath or sound I like to watch my emotions and thoughts and THATS MEDITATION FOR ME
