Multitouch or Better Touch Tool might save ya. U can enable touch click with any of those apps.

It also doesn't click right, you could click on the right button, but it actually registers as a left click because the glass is one whole piece, so it doesn’t always click the right button, it could even click both soemtimes

Yeah, you can just tap it. You don’t need to click it. Click the setting on your Mac called tap to touch.
