I loved Joyce on the Match Game. Her bubbly, genuine personality and the absolute (clean) joy she brought to the show was infectious!! Even her colorful clothes were entertaining!!!
I'm so glad she and Gavin were able to enjoy each others company for a good while. Ed Asner adored him and her as well. The MTM Show is one I missed. (Only me?!) I'll have to get the tapes.

P.S. The other day on the "Andy Griffith Show, " a movie about the sheriff of Mayberry was being made. Andy, Opie, & Aunt Bea visited the Hollywood set and met the actor who was playing Andy Taylor.

Joyce Bulifant was the original choice for the role of Carol Brady on ABC's The Brady Bunch, but the part ultimately went to Florence Henderson. I actually met Joyce Bulifant once, and she is a very talented and caring indvidual. You can tell that she was visibly depressed by the death of Gavin MacLeod.

Gavin was a truly gallant and handsome gentleman and I am continuously amazed by his good looks and personal charisma.
