Thanks for the great, quick, and informative video! I recently discovered how important bit rate is to our video quality, and this video helps me understand export settings.

why not just use 50 bitrate always if I don't have a problem with the file size?

If my source media is shot in 5.3k at 60fps and big file size isn't a problem, would it be best to use adaptive high bitrate?

Hey could you make a good export for dayz, It is crisp and clear until uploaded to youtube and then everything seems so low, I was told something about it was trying to upscale from sd to Hd

If I set it to use HEVC, the max I can set it to is 20 MB/s. Is there any way to keep it as HEVC for encoding but set it way higher like to 100 MB/s? It's because the GoPro video I am using as the source is 100 MB/s and I want to try to keep it at this high bitrate so when it's uploaded to YouTube it comes out looking as good as it can.

EDIT: I just bypassed using Premiere at all and used *LosslessCut* - now it's not re-encoded at all 😎

hmnmm This does not make sense on my end. I just tried it On High adaptive. My project is 100 bit rate and 50 bit rate. 2 cameras on this project. The high bit adaptive setting defaults to 16 bit rate. Are you certain about this? Not sure where I'm going wrong.
