Thanks for the video. Do you have instructions on how to delete list items after a certain timeframe? i.e everything over 30 days old, but keep the newer entries.

Thanks for the example. Do you know if there is a way to delete the entire list at once, without PowerShell and without accessing 1 item after another, which is very low for huge lists? Thanks again!

hi, thanks for this vid. I initially created a flow for our team's page and put my supervisor as approver to test out if works. However, I deleted it without the use of power automate feature so now each time I work on my page, it has to go through approval from my supervisor. Now, I tried locating the log or any historical track but there isn't one already. Any idea how to remove it totally?

How do you address deleting more than 5, 000 records?

This will only delete 100 items in a list as the max the api can pull back is 100, so this will not work for large lists of more than 100 items.

Just tried it for a Sharepoint list with more than 5000 rows. Automate says it has done the job but the list is not empty???? I think as I read below it has something to do with the basic setting of 100 records
