So. A little fun fact about the random "trash can" ornament being a thing- back in the day Disneyland used to have a "automated" trash can. It rolled around and talked to folk (controlled/"supervised" by a cast member a few feet away). It wasn't around very long but apparently was well liked.

Omg, I was at Disneyland when the Nemo ride first opened. It was a HUGE deal at the time. I remember my dad sprinting from the gates (right as they opened) to that ride. They even had cast members pointing people in the right direction (Just chanting “Nemo’s that way” 👈🏻) over and over.

I learned never to underestimate the power of a dad who hates lines and crowds that day. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my dad move faster.
