tourist traps galore:
Francesinha you should go to either Santiago or Capa Negra II
The codfish restaurant is too expensive and too gourmet - if you want to try the OG cuisine, try Casa da Avó Maria, or Bibó Porto, or Taberna Santo António. For fish specialties, try either Matosinhos or Afurada - Porto city center is basically tourist centered, and not the propper cuisine.
Gazela is propper for cachorrinhos, the same way as Conga and Casa Guedes are the OG for Bifanas or Pernil. A Taxca is a propper place to get portuguese petiscos (you'd recognize it as tapas probably).

Finally - brunch is not a Portuguese thing. We don't stuff ourselves for breakfast. If it serves brunch, it's not Portuguese.
