Try Restaurant Klee am Hanslteich ( Hansl lake ) on the outskirts of the Vienna Forrest. Always very good food, great atmosphere and for those of you with a car : convenient parking . Greetings from Australia !

As a lokal I can recomende you a the Keiserschmarn in the best case the one from Demel. But most importantly you have to try a pice of Oberlaa Kurbadtote by the Café Oberlaa. Sorry my englisch is very bead. I am 14 years old and I also have dyslexia. So I hope you cold read this kommet and if you couldn‘t I am terible sorry

I am from Vienna Austria 🇦🇹 moved to Australia 🇦🇺 many years ago and settled in very well and iam happy here, the one thing iam missing is the good 👍 food from Vienna, the food here is good to but it's not the same,

great video, looked like you had fun - which after all is the most important part!
If you're a fan of beer I would also recommend you to give Fischerbräu a try the next time you're in Vienna .. it's a beergarden/restaurant which has the oldest "micro"brewery (pretty sure this isn't the best translation, german word would be "Gasthofbrauerei") and their special brews are supposedly very good (personally I'm not the biggest beer fan, but their food also is top notch :) )

and if you want a very nice "Heuriger" experience Feuerwehr Wagner is always worth a visit :)

Outside Vienna in the town of Deutsche Wagram is the Marchfelderhof. Outstanding local food, large, and I do mean large portions, and photos of celebrities and notables who have eaten there. There is a great photo of Elizabeth Taylor chowing down on a rack of spare ribs. Sacher torte is overrated!

Dude, central cafe and cafe sacher are over hyped. Go to district 6&7 (south west from the tourist zone) is where the local eat…that speaks to what you’ll find there, plus it’s cheaper and without the stupid way times
