This is honestly the type of Ted talk I’ve been looking for. It’s so informative and genuine. This brings such a better outlook on what leadership really is to help that 60% of leaders who don’t make it to their 2nd year anniversary of their role.

Loving this! It's so easy to understand and genuine. I've been reading leadership books and I did have thoughts "Does these things really work to people?" and so glad Jason shared his firsthand experience. This makes a lot of sense.
