10 Cloves Garlic ( Finely Chopped )
400g Flat Rice Noodles
Light Soy Sauce ( 1-2 Tablespoons )
Oysters Sauce ( 1 Tablespoon )
Dark/Thick Soy Sauce ( 1 Tablespoon )
For Gravy:
Cooking Oil ( 1-2 Tablespoons )
400g Chicken ( Cut Small )
80g Prawns ( Peeled/Shelled )
Fried Garlic
2 Small Glasses of Chicken Stock ( 400ml )
1 Small Glass of Water ( 200ml )
Light Soy Sauce ( 1 Tablespoon )
2-3 Chinese Mustard Green Leaf ( Medium Cut )
2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch ( Mixed with 3 Tablespoons of Water )
1 Egg Beaten
Optional:
Small Red Chilies (Cut Small)
Mixed with Light Soy Sauce
MALAY
Bahan Untuk Goreng Kuey Teow:
400gm Kuey Teow
10 Ulas Bawang Putih ( Dicincang)
1-2 Sudu Besar Kicap Cair
1 Sudu Besar Kicap Pekat
1 Sudu Besar Sos Tiram
2-3 Sudu Besar Minyak
Bahan Untuk Kuahnya:
100gm Isi Ayam
80gm Udang ( Buang Kulit/Dengan Kulit )
2-3 Sawi Hijau ( Potong Sederhana )
Bawang Putih Goreng
2 Cawan Stok Ayam ( 400ml )
1 Cawan Air ( 200ml )
1 Sudu Besar Kicap Cair
2 Sudu Besar Tepung Jagung ( Campur Dengan 3 Sudu Besar Air )
1 Telur ( Dipukul )
Optional:
2-3 Cili Api ( Dipotong Kecil )
