There’s a penthouse in DTLA that’s 4, 000 sqft and it costs about $25, 000 a month. The $75, 000 penthouse in DTLA was almost 20, 000 sqft and had two kitchens, pool, jacuzzi, several bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge private balcony and floor all to themselves and a helicopter pad. This is way too basic for the price.

You can buy a nice mansion in LA if u save that money for 5 yrs or you can rent the best mansion in rhe L.A with half of it.

Guys, I don’t think to paying that much for the apartment. Your actually paying for the amenities and the butlers and the location (let’s not forget about Charlie) Also, they said high rise apartments is a luxury in Beverly Hills so your also laying for the exclusivity of the building and a view.
And if your a billionaire, hundreds of millions of dollars, $65, 000 is nothing to you.
