My neighbor’s little Yorkie didn’t like men. When any man walked by their fence he went crazy, growling and barking. In contrast, he would either bark only a few times or not at all when a woman walked by. He was fine with boys but not big men. He was so sweet with us girls growing up. RIP Buddy

After adopting 5 months ago our dog loves my wife but still is afraid of me. She barks and growls and sometimes bites me. I try to keep my distance and let her alone but there no improvement over 5 months. In fact it’s getting worse.

I don't know why, but my dog douse not like my uncle, she constantly barks at him, but around other people who are 6 ft tall my dog Cherokee is very nice to them, I'm just so curious, she probably had a past life to where her and my uncle were enemy's my mom trys to convince Cherokee to stop being a little agresive. I don't know why Cherokee douse not like my mom's brother.

Because living beings are intimidated by strong and beautiful things. We only look at male mammals when both male and female are at sight . But we will also be more scared of them .
Not to mention when we make close bond, we prefer it with males and thats because the power converts from threat into a form of comfort and protection.

thank you so much. im so sick tired of seeing Grown Man child so fear to my dog that i have a custom bone tag id that says ESA Females Pet Me. on the back it reads For women's health better day better life. Absolutely no where on the tag does it say Scared ManChild Pet me. Thanks angie now i see issue i know now Women are the antidote only females are allowed to pet him

I’d have anxiety weather I was in a room filled with woman or men actually I’d be more anxious in a room of woman cuz there more likely to talk to me but men just ignore you
