On march 31Mayor of Bucha said Russian forces has withdrawn ( not pushed back by the Ukrainian military) he also did not mention hundreds of dead civilians laying on the streets. Dead civilians (who can move their arms) happened 3 days later when Zelenski reported this. the lady who was crying for dead Ukraninen children did cry for the dead Ukraine children of Donbas who have been continuously killed for the past 8 years.
