Ukraine gets more and better equipment from the West every single day, while Russia, under brutal sanctions, has fewer and older equipment to field every day. They are already bringing up tanks from the 1960's. It will only get worse for them because it CAN only get worse.

In an era of global surveillance, satellites that can spot a fly on an arm and one meter GPS precision, Russian intels were not able to detect corps of armies regrouping in the north of Ukraine...It looks like it's not just the red army which is disfunctional but the all system that is stucked in USSR mode.
