Unless you enter into a deflationary period like China and lose 80-95% of the property “value”. So I’m gonna play it buffet style and sit on cash until houses are 80-140k a pop (brand new)

I'm from the UK, Northern Ireland and always thought the USA a huge country would have houses on the cheap (apart from major cities)
