This video shows you how to repair HTC 10 LCD screen.

Why you need this video?
The LCD Screen of your HTC 10 can get broken or ineffective because of unsuitable operation and crash. HTC 10 is a very difficult device to repair.
In this video, I shows you how to replace the LCD screen of HTC 10. The screen edges of HTC 10 cools down very quickly because of the metal back housing, so we should heat up the edges for several times and each time heat up for a quite long time. Before finishing the work, there are many tests we should do. The navigation buttons and flex cables are weak and easy to damage or break and the LCD screen is not easy to install. We should be very careful during replacement.

3. Remove the fingerprint sensor
4. Install the fingerprint sensor onto the new LCD screen
5. Test the new LCD screen, navigation button and Home button
6. How to replace the broken navigation button

8. Paste the lcd screen adhesive and finish the work

I've watched a few similar vids on replacing my HTC 10 screen and have to say this is one of the best.

I just changed the battery and the screen but the screen test at 7:44 doesn't pass for me... the device is charging and when I press start + volume down button, white leds are blinkinb but the screen still does not turn on... Where can the problem be?

Dies ist ein generelles Problem von HTC. Kaum zu glauben, dass ein Hersteller solch ein Gerät so teuer verkaufen kann. Ich habe mein HTC 10 EVO neu gekauft bei EBAY August 2018.
Nach einem viertel Jahr war es defekt und ich konnte es nicht mehr benutzen. Daraufhin hatte ich bei HTC reklamiert leider vergebens. Man teilte mir mir keine Garantie weil das Gerät nicht für den "Deutschen Markt" hergestellt ist und somit gibt es auch keinen Ersatz. Da dieser Schaden des öfteren Auftritt muss man sich schon fragen ob solche Firmen überhaupt Geräte öffentlich verkaufen dürfen ohne einen Hinweis, dass es sich dabei um bei Artikel ohne Garantie handelt.
