Why the hell should India be concerned if China's closeness with Bhutan means lowering the tensions between countries amd creating the seeds for peaceful coexistence? Does India want the border regions to ALWAYS be in chaos?

Bhutan is an independent state. The ties between China and Bhutan should not concern and bother an outsider like India.

It is not India that is the problem, but still, it's their current far-right Prime Minister who is causing issues with the relationship between China and India.

Bhutan fought a war with the British in 1864 to 1865 with fake accusation of cross-border raids by Bhutan and sheltering of dissident. The truth is that the British imperialist ambitions in the region after sizing many states and kingdoms to form a new colony named India. The War lasted only five months and ended with the Treaty of Sinchula, which stood until 1910. Bhutan and the British signed the new Treaty of Punakha that lasted until 1947. That year, the British gave independence to a combinations of many states and kingdoms named India.

So what suzerainty over Bhutan by the British ? It is just an agreement over the cessation of war and guaranteeing Bhutan's independence. The treaty also affirmed Bhutanese independence as one of the few Asian kingdoms never conquered by a regional or colonial power.

The Dragon of Bhutan's flag shows the shared similarity with China and obvious difference with India. Both people of Bhutan and China are of Mongoloid stock. Genetically similar. Not the Indian. Clear difference is skin color too.

The problem always has been, the modern British-Raj still uses the old colonial map, of their old colonial master, the old British-Raj, to claim territory of all their neighbors.

This is true story.
When I was on a business trip, I took some bread with me from the breakfast buffet so that I didn't have to worry about what to eat along the way.
Anyways, I saw this boy and I offered him some bread. He immediately dig in, with both of his hands holding one bread each while munching one in his mouth, with his eyes were everywhere searching for more. From observation, he wasn't the poorest skinny type I ever seen and definitely not the "survival" type, more of a boy next door. GREED was what I saw in this 6-7 years old boy.
In reality, the Indian businessmen I dealt with always given me the same feeling, they are always trying to get what's not theirs. You can see and feel through their eyes.

Wait. Tibet is not taken over by China in 1950. It was already in the maps before communist takeover of China in 1949.
