"They don't roll" is HUGE, in my opinion. All my surfaces are uneven and even my tiny 2 kilo's always want to roll towards toes. I'm not into weightlifting but this (and the tour) was fun, thanks for showing!

Although out of shape in my old age I pumped a lot of iron in my youth. Even studied it and have numerous books on the subject. It's nice to know the bird chickie/lady is also a fitness girl too. Now it's time to show us a biceps pose.

When I was looking at equipment last year I saw something similar to these, such a cool mechanism!
I ended up getting a pair of 10 kilo spin lock guys like they ones you showed, set myself up with a few exercises after a little research but I should really consult with a trainer at some point because I barely know what I'm doing. Still don't even know if I do pushups correctly, lol; I can do 9 now though!

30 kg per side is a good weight for farmer carries. These look like the best variable weight dumbbells around.

Mate WOW WOW WOW i love those, i need some.
Since my weight drop i can now start weight training, aswell as staying with the elliptical trainer, like you said they are sexy but way way better than the older stuff & flat on the bottom how cool is that mate.👍
