I love your air fryer but it'll be soooo perfect if there's a stainless steel non toxic version, with basket and inner plate version (everything else the same with Max Crisp) of the AF160, if not both AF160 and AF100.

I bought this model but it did not come with the extra shelf insert to have a second cooking surface. When I go to the website to order it separately, the choices don't look like this one with the apple slices on it. The multi-layer insert has little feet, not handles to lift in and out. The mid-level rack doesn't look tall enough to be the same. Which one do you suggest getting to have a second layer? I want to cook on it, not dehydrate. So it needs to be taller than just an inch or so from the crisper plate. Thanks for your help.

The crisper plate has rubber stoppers - do I leave it in when airfrying? I'm worried they will melt. I haven't been able to find information on this.

I got mine delivered yesterday. It cooked like a dream. Twice. Then CLS appeared on the LED screen. I repacked the food, I cleaned the basket and plate, and I searched all around the aperture for anything that might impede the closure. Nothing - still says CLS. Unless I hold the door in place. If I press down on it, it continues to cook. If I lift off, it stops and says CLS. I got 38 mins out of it before the dodgy manufacture bit me. Nothing in the troubleshoot section of the manual about this, yet a search unlike shows it’s not at all uncommon. One person even suggested tightening the screws! Can you imagine how frustrating this is? Not nearly good enough, ninja. You’ve lost me as a customer.

I’ve just bought one but mine seems to be different on the front? On the packaging it says “air fry” but in the actual product it’s “air crisp” I’m so confused because I can’t seem to find others with “air crisp” on the product???

Is the whole basket, everything in it ceramic/stainless steel? Or does it have parts that may produce or contain any PTFE/PFA and other polymers or toxic substances?

My only issue is that my food flies everywhere in the basket during cooking. I cant add shredded cheese or anything not cemented down because it flies everywhere and makes a mess :/
