I have the real ones and the face milling is so much tighter and you really need to look hard to see it. The light hits it and makes the face look marked. You’re right with the logo. It’s more bubble like on mine. No words for folk who do this. Locked in a room with victims is the only way.

I bought an older set of p790s from this little mom and pop golf store. They were used clubs and I got them for a steal. I have this feeling they are not real. I have no issues with 8, 9, PW. But every club with the taylormade speed slot feels weird. Even when I middle them, they don’t really go far. Every club has a serial number. Idk. I might just suck but I have never had issues with hitting a 7 iron until now.

Would love to find out. They are the first black p790s that ever came out. I wanna say 2018, 2019

Yikes I think I bought a replica 2023 P7MB for $540. Had it shipped through marketplace. Fml 🤦 the feel felt so strange felt like I was hitting a cast iron. Couldn’t find any serial number on the hostel either 😢

Ya very sorry to hear about that. Felt so bad for u watching the video. Like u I can't afford new clubs so have to buy 2nd hand so scary to think u can spend 500 600e (which is still alot of money) and end up with fake clubs

I love those clubs, sorry to hear you got scammed. I don’t have the money for real ones, so if possible, do you know where I can get some? For my standard of golf, it wouldn’t make a difference as I’m quite new to golf. May those scammers get what they deserve for what goes around comes around.

I would send Taylormade an email detailing how you were takin advantage of. They would be highly interested in those clubs as most manufacturers are trying very hard to get rid of knockoffs. They may even be able to tell more information about them. Who, where and when. They may ask for the chaps name. Let them do the leg work of trying to get this guy. The manufacturers take this stuff very seriously and may have better luck with the police. You may or may not get a some kind of discounted deal from Taylormade as a Thank you.

Acushnet who owns and makes Titleist I think they actually have a bounty system to try and catch knockoffs. Just an idea to help out.
