Very helpful thanks. The anterior aspect of the foot, we feel the dorsalis pedis artery. The pulse behind the medial malleolus of ankle is from the posterior tibial artery.

I can see my left foot dorsal vein pulsing with heart beat not my right foot ? Is that a problem. I'm 54 year old male, non smoke or drinker, 170 ibs play tennis once week, and walk alot
