It is actually possible to beat the rats if u call in the house, save and reload, let the rats move their divisions into the house, and then snake your division into the closet and get the rat's capital. You can then annex the closet, (you will have to garrison it) or you can give it to your puppet, the house, who has cores on the closet.

Since when did Hoi4 become this realistic?

1. Make sure you don't die.
2. Select a communist advisor.
3. Chose the focus to attack your neighbor, the ai is buggy, so eventually you could encircle their divisions and slowly grind it down, if it won't die but is still just standing in one spot, then just take the rest of the house and annex them.
4. When your stability gets low enough and your communism high enough, you will get a generic event to switch to communism.
5. Justify wargoal on roads and conquer them, and then on outside and the store too.
6. World conquest achieved.

- If you release "neighbor" to play as them, you will have two research slots, tho no decisions.
- If you as manage to get enough army xp from the wars you could chose the communist marx painting thingy and get +500 weekly manpower.
