If equal pay was inforced by law, each and every club in Europe would shut down their women teams because they are generating less benefits than what they are spending on salaries. Women football would dissapear.
And in case having a women team is forced by law as well, clubs would need to decrease men salaries so much that all the players would go to Saudi League.
European football would dissapear.

Pay doesn’t depend on ‘gender’ or anything like that. It depends on who you are, whats ur impact on the job, and how skilled you are. It depends on the merit of the individual. If women are getting less pay in FOOTBALL, it means that they are not as influencing or impactful to the world as men in the sport.

It is very fair. The women's game has a very low viewership compared to the men's game. The stadiums too. Even the passion for the men's game is higher and better than the women's game
