When bonus time comes the person who brings the company more money should get the higher payout. There is no incentive for anyone to sell if at the end of the day they are gonna get the same bonus.

You're being lied to about the pay gap with womens soccer. The women recieve employee benefits package and bonus structure that the men do not recieve. This was observed by a judge that dismissed the lawsuit. How about this: Split both the mens and womens apart into seperate organizations and should not rely on each other with no shared ties and see which goes under first.

Ok, sports gives too much money compared to useful professions that help society. There I would agree.

The American Tax Payer has spent millions of dollars on these women. Despite these tax payer handouts they are still not generating enough revenue. The Australian women's national soccer team played against the Newcastle under 15's boys team. Amazingly the boys Amateur boys beat the professional women by 7 goals to zero.

You have no clue how much harder it is for a man to make it as a professional player. How much more competition there is, how much more politics there are, how harder the pace of the game is. It is 100 times easier for a woman to be a pro and then play in the world cup where there isn't any competition.

All the people I know that fight for equal pay in women’s, don’t actually watch the sport they are fighting for. If you asked them to name 3 players from the league, they wouldn’t be able to do it.
