Saved the day! Amazon France sold us a unit from Italy that only had Italy in the country list. We were able to change the language but needed this trick to change the Internet Service Location Setup. One thing to note is that it came with a white Samsung One remote with no obvious mute button; you have to press the volume button in rather than up or down for mute (then up, then channel up, then mute again). After that the list comes up as expected. Hope that helps someone else!

For those who are facing the issue with new firmware updates, primarily S90C/S95C. Make sure you disconnect from your earlier Internet Router or use the 2.4hz instead of 5g connection. Do a factory reset and the mute vol up channel up mute again at the “Enjoy a wide range of smart features” to get the menu. It won’t work otherwise because your 5G router will tell Samsung which region you’re in

This saved my day. Thank you. Even though Puerto Rico is a part of the United States we are kind of in a twilight zone. Some company’s like LG automatically set to US but Samsung had Puerto Rico as Latinoamérica (which that is also correct) but with Latinoamérica being the default option, I didn’t even had the gaming hub or other basic apps. And I spent $2000+ on a 2024 Neo Qled so I was furious. Imagine you pay for every service available in the US because you live in PR but Samsung does not allow you to access them because you live in a Latin American country. Messed up.

so I just figured it out. It’s a bit different now. Reset your whole tv and when you are on the screen that says “enjoy a wide range of smart features”, do the mute volume up channel up and mute again and you’ll see it
