If they had to do the triangle, Brandon should have had a lot more of a reaction than he did. It's crazy that he and Brenda were so close, yet her boyfriend and her best friend betrayed her and Brandon doesn't even try to get involved in any way? Still bff with Dylan (no complaints there though, ) still close with Kel; meanwhile, Bren gets fazed out by everyone, including her brother. It will never make sense that Brandon and Dylan had more of a falling out over Kelly than over his own sister.

I never liked the love triangle. I didn't like how Dylan and Kelly stabbed Brenda in the back!

The network were right, people hated it and they still do now, 30 years later.

It’s amazing all the stuff that Jessica recalls from 30 yrs ago. ❤️

It also ruined Brandon! If Kelly & Brandon were supposed to be a "thing", it should've happened in season 1. I started watching the show when I was 9 & I had no idea how unrealistic it was, as far as the high school drama & the triangles. In season 1, Kelly & Brandon could've hooked up for a minute. Brenda & Dylan could've been what they were. And by the time Kelly wanted Dylan, Brandon could've moved on with ANDREA, damn it! He was too immature for Andrea in the beginning, but if he had gone through his relationship with Kelly then, he would've grown up & he WOULD have been ready for a relationship with Andrea. And in season 4, when Andrea didn't go to Yale, they COULD'VE been together! And when Gabrielle got pregnant, it COULD HAVE been Brandon's baby! I wonder if Gabrielle would've stayed past season 5 if that had happened. As much as I hate "Brelly", they made sense in season 1. Teasing Brandon & Andrea for three years was WRONG & I know I'm not the only fan that feels this way.
