I'm not sure how Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep are still in business.

In all honesty, was anyone surprised that Toyota/Lexus got the top two? I certainly wasn't.

People get mad whenever I warn them about Chrysler Products but I really hold no malice towards the company. I've owned a 1997 Dodge Dakota Sport 2WD. I traded it in for a 1999 4WD I got about 120, 000 trouble filled miles before it was finally declared unsafe to drive due to frame rust. My sister purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander against my repeated warnings. The car had serious electrical problems including the horn blowing and lights flashing at unexpected intervals. The Jeep Dealer claimed it was a short in the wiring harness and charged her $1200 dollars to replace it. A few weeks later the problem returned. I went on an owners club site and found out that several owners were having the same problem. Apparently the electronic seats were cutting into the wiring harness causing the short. We asked Chrysler why they were charging customers for repairs instead of issuing a recall...no response (of course). The sad fact was I loved my truck when it wasn't in the shop. It got me through some of the roughest winters on record and drove like a dream (again, when it wasn't in the shop). People need to stop taking these testimonials as personal attacks and listen to what owners are telling you. Chrysler vehicles have had the longest track record of unreliability in the industry. Reliability ratings are based on owner experiences not Consumer Reports opinions.

Toyota and Lexus will always stay King when it comes to reliability! Gotta 2003 tundra with 200, 000 miles and runs like a charm fresh out the factory!💪🏽

Audi is 3rd? That's a joke! Every single person I talked to that had owned an Audi said that theirs broke halfway through their time of owning it "don't know the technical term" 😋

not surprisingly, my wife's 2015 honda fit has been an absolute dream. the cvt is probably the only one I've ever experienced that doesn't make me feel like someone hooked one of those late 90s "as seen on tv" automatic bicycle shifters to the car.

If reliability is your major concern when buying a car then look no further than a Toyota. They might not be very exciting vehicles but they will last forever.

That has to be a joke, Audi has the least realible engines. Why are reliability results from consumer reports SO different from any other reliability results from other sources?

Hahaha, as usual, our American cars are trash. What hasn't changed since the late 60's. As far as Nissan goes, Nissan is the Dodge of Japan. While here in America we think Nissans are great, in Japan they are usually at the bottom of the reliability list. That just goes to show how poor our cars are by comparison. Why you people keep buying American junk is beyond me. Don't you guys remember how badly they screwed you? Especially from the 80's into the yea 'Merica that's why.
