Hi Dara! Late to this video but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your content. I am not part of an agency and was assigned to FB ads management 2 years ago because someone needed to do it, and I needed more hours at work. I knew absolutely nothing about it. Your channel was one of the first ones I saw that made the most sense, especially when you showed your setup.

I follow you on Twitter and others on your Growth Twitter list. I am now able to get consistent results with FB ads. I have now also been given email marketing, which is also giving us good results. And it's largely due to the free content you and the others share! I have fallen in love with online marketing and want to do more of it.

Thank you, Dana! Just found out about your account a few days ago, and I've already watched most of your videos. As a freelancer creative strategist, I've been feeling this shift for a while now. It's so frustrating to not have your work valued by clients and agencies. I have a bachelor's degree in advertising and have been in the business for eight years and have never had such a hard time as the last three-four months. Hey Dara, I'm a growth marketer and been heavily focused on DTC brands for the past 3 years. I left a growing brand to join a new startup in the CPG space last April only to have the company shut down this past month due the market / poor operations + management. I'm currently consulting full-time and want to make it work. However, I have found to your points exactly that SMMA, unqualified freelancers and failing agencies have made finding valuable clients difficult. I'm not opposed to going back to being an employee, I just have found it very difficult to land new clients (something I never thought I'd have an issue with as I was getting recruited 4 times per month last year).
