Oh man the Channel Tunnel. A friend and I did a quick trip from Holland to Dartmouth to see Derren Brown (we were mentalists too). And so I drove into the train in front of the doors. And every trip I had with him something happened. That time I joke: “imagine those doors won’t open”. 30 minutes later in Folkstone the doors don’t open and are stuck. My friend is like: “how did you know?!!”
-“I’m a mentalist, I created your prediction system for The Next Uri Geller, but in actual fact I just saw the future for real.”
Some French guy is blowing his horn.
“Well I guess I need to start to yank on those doors now!”
So three firm yanks and a loud “tick sound” dislodged them. 😂

Woahhhhj!!! I saw the white bridge at Ashford! I lived in Ashford Kent! That white bridge wasn’t there yet. But whenever I’m back I stay at Eureka Park Travelodge or Premier Inn and walk the bridge to Sainsbury’s and into town. Last time I was there was in May. I hadn’t been for 4 years because of covid and such.
And we took the ferry on May 25th and it was the worst traffic jam ever! Dover was completely congested, M20 was backed up. Just because the bloody French wanted to have extra border checks and literally closed a customs office for a whole hour to get breakfast or something. My lane and ten next (K and L) were completely standing still for an hour. And the others crept forwards. My Dutch constitution can’t deal with that. 😂
