Yeah Shockwave in DOTM is mad underrated. People act like he’s weak or wasted but in actuality he’s one of the strongest characters in the entire verse. For starters he commands the Driller an 1000ft+ mechanical worm of destruction capable of wrecking entire skyscrapers in mere minutes. But aside from that he’s also pretty strong on his own with him as stated in the video tanking the Wreckers combined firepower like a champ and was able to scare the Autobots into retreating something only Megatron(2007) was able to do but he also was shown taking Optimus out with a single shot from his arm cannon and was later shown enduring the firepower of the Autobots, Military and N.E.S.T for a prolonged period of time with him only retreating after his eye is knocked out its socket. So yeah people need to start appreciating Bayverse Shockwave some more

The only reason he lost was because of the plot, and they sneak attack him, blinding him, only reason he lost to optimus. He was basically a weaker 2007 megatron but was dangerous in both close and ranged combat.
