I'm gone to customers where they don't let you on the trailer, but you have to unroll your tarp. So you have to do it off their property.
It's mind-boggling what some places accept and don't accept. I'm not gonna lie getting on top of guard Rail to roll out a tarp is dangerous. There's no way around it.
