It looks like the shooter was just testing out his gun but didn't think the bullet would ricochet off the ground and hit someone. He might not even be aware that he killed someone with that shot. It's very tragic.

Honestly; they probably have an idea of who did it. Pasadena has hella cameras in the area. All they have to do is look at cameras in a ten mile radius. Finding which road they came from and which way they went. honestly a gun is just another step closer to death so why would you need one. take them all away except for policemen and implement severe gun control. No 3d guns no bootleg guns only rent guns at a firing range thats it. dont come to my town if youre gonna cause trouble and bring in guns
