Blinken Urges Israel to Avoid Harming Civilians

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken reiterated that Israel has the right to defend itself following Hamas' devastating attacks on Saturday, but cautioned that "how Israel does this matters."

Blinken made the comments alongside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on a hastily arranged visit to show US support for Israel, which is massing troops near the border with Gaza.
