i dont have a camera app on my windows 10 if i deleted it or its been removed can i download it to windows 10 or wait for a cumulative update etc?

I just purchased the C615 Webcam and it didn't come with any instructions!! How can a product not offer instructions on how to install and or use their product is beyond me. I spent about 2 hours clicking on various how to videos and those didn't offer the basic first step...."how to set it up." Thankfully, your video does show exactly what is needed to get started.
