in my 2018 it doesnt work it says reading usb but than nothing happens i know its not the usb port because apple carplay and android auto work

They took a step backwards with this one. I have 2012 accent and I can move between folders more easily.

I have a 2013 model and it sees blank files along with the real ones, normally named the same as the real ones but with at "_" before it. Any idea how to get rid of the blank files?
