New surveillance video appears to show University of Idaho stabbing victims Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen walking in downtown Moscow just hours before their deaths.

NewsNation obtained the video through the Facebook group “University of Idaho Murders – Case Discussion.” In the video you see three people walking toward an outdoor surveillance camera on the sidewalk.

You have a very small, inexperienced police department that probably missed a few steps in the initial first 48hrs and now the FBI is trying to assist with those mistakes. The statement the lawyer gave is true. Asking the public for any clues of someone who was injured or had cuts or suddenly left town would've been a great help. Even if it was someone from another state who returned home all cut up.

Someone knows who killed these kids, they might not want to admit it to themselves, keeping this case hot on the news may finally guilt them into talking about what they know or saw. Cuts, blood drops, bruises something was seen by someone the killer knows

The tone of Kaylee’s voice when she asks “What did you tell Adam?” is concerning to me. It’s not a casual question, she sounds nervous or anxious. I’m surprised it’s been this long without a suspect being named but I’m hopeful the police do have a person of interest their just keeping it closed until they have enough to make an arrest. I just want to see the guilty person behind bars and off the streets before they can hurt anyone else and for these poor families to get justice.

From the body cam footage on 9-1-22 you can see how pitch black it was outside the home. The wooded area out back of the yard would be just as black and at 3:00 a.m. with no window lights, you would have to have walked that wooded trail many times. The only ones who would know where the broken fence is to trespass on the property above would have to travel that route many times. This leads me to believe that the killer is a student.

I’m praying they know who the main killer is. They might feel that he had help, and just waiting to get enough evidence to get them both, or all!

LE knew who shot Takeoff the same day he was shot. It was caught on video. It still took over a month to arrest the killer. Sometimes investigations take time to do it right. The police don't publicly name suspects in every case. It doesn't mean they're clueless. Praying for the families 🙏

So just for clarification.. the police/FBI did not say Adam is not a suspect… the private attorney for the victims parents said that. I don’t think the family’s know any more then we do at this time.

Like he said the cops have HAD this video. They're working on it and know much more than us. We will have to wait for the documentary in a couple of years.

They're not going to give Kaylee's Dad or his lawyer any information that will jeopardize their case. You guys should know better. You're constantly asking Kaylee's Dad for information and about the investigation the Police are doing. You're putting him on the spot. Don't you think he already feels bad because he couldn't protect his daughter. How would you feel if this was your daughter or son? Stop asking the same damn questions and bothering that man. He's still trying to be a good Dad and he really shouldn't be saying anything.

Didn’t the killer(s) get a 8-9 hour headstart after the murders? Could be anywhere now. We’ve all been seeing so many speculations, misinformation, etc etc. my heart goes out to the families. And I hope they catch whoever did this real soon

My condolences to all of the family members, I can’t imagine the nightmare that all of you are going through, I know they’re catch that monster who did this. But try to remember the Delphi Murders was February 13, 2017. They are still actively working that case!! Praying for Peace, Comfort and Answer’s 🙏🏻 ✝️
