Thank you for getting me to "Policies"! Problem: what if there is no "System" listed under "Policies?" I see only the following listed under Policies: 1) Associations, 2) Attachments, 3) Explorer and 4) Ext. Any additional instructions in my particular situation?

What do we do if it's enabled and still not working? My application is running but the window won't open properly. Just stays locked at minimize and reads blank. I can see it though. That jerk!
