I actually didn't imagine the phone system to really go this in-depth. I enjoyed how it speaks over specific points in the anatomy of how the PBX deployment is translated to the program and the different stages. The network consideration was also very informative of possible troubleshooting as well.

It would be nice if phone calls could ring over speakers while allowing call audio to still be in a headset. SFB has this feature. We didn't realize that Teams didn't and we missed a ton of calls the first couple weeks.

Re: the diagram at 17:25, how do third party voicemail systems answer Teams - Teams calls? Do I have to maintain two separate voice mail systems (on prem, Azure VM) to make this work?

all I want to do is figure out how to add external dial-in numbers to Outlook meeting invites, and am having to sift through a mountain of Skype garbage that gets me no where. pls help?
