There is actually nothing wrong with expired spices and herbs, you may just need to use a bit more to get the right flavor. They are so expensive just go ahead and use them up. Manufacturer’s put dates on to sell more, which actually wasn’t done years ago.

Love how caraway stores so nicely in those small spaces would work great for my house that was built in 1943 I have so many oddly shaped cabinets.
