I would vote for landcruiser. I have owned Jeep JK and landcruiser. When it comes to reliability, dependability on long off road trials and landcruiser is unbeatable. With jeep, be prepared with a good budget to maintain and taking it over 200k kms is a challenge . I have seen landcrusiers with 600k kms in gulf and still going strong despite driving in harsh weather and deserts.

Jeep Wranglers are pretty cool and capable but I would never own one as an everyday driver, obviously due to reliability issues (pos). I've owned 3 generation 4runners and have an 04 with 300K which shows no signs of slowing down. I'm thinking my next will be the Lexus GX360!

Land Cruiser data don't look right, at least in US. I did a search and could not find any 5-year old LC (2015-2016 model) selling less than 50k nation wide. That's <37% depreciation.

I have owned a Nissan Patrol for the past 7 years. When it’s good it’s great but the breakdown costs and time off the road waiting for parts explains why I’ll be heading back to Toyota next time.

I had a JK and i don't miss it, currently own a 2016 4runner trail edition, 2021 Land Cruiser, 22 4runner trd pro and a 22 Ram TRX. Best vehicles i ever owned are the Toyotas as the TRX is a fun vehicle but i won't give it more than 2 yrs and that is if.

But in reality Toyota tundra is the most reliable vehicle. I would not own a jeep . Believe me I work on them every day
