If you are rerolling for Ellen, the best point to stop is at interknot lvl 5 because that’s when you can redeem 3 more codes and get 2 standard pulls from
The interknot milestone, that will get you 2multis and 1 off another multi on the standard, I recommend using the shop to get 1 more standard pull to get that last multi, and then get as many limited summons as you can from the shop with the credits you got from the 30 multis. And it should net you 10 limiteds 90% of the time. If you get Ellen in the 10-12 pulls then play until level 8 when you unlock events and get your guaranteed standard S rank. This is by far the best method for Ellen + standard. Also to get to interknot lvl 5 efficiently, don’t do the combat commission, it doesn’t have enough exp to push you to 5, do the exploration mission and you should be lvl 5 and can start rolling.

You can do 30 without using the premium currency btw. Like Genshin/HSR, there is a rebate shop that has a monthly 5 Limited and 5 Standard. You'll have enough of that currency to get 3 more standard that will put you at 8 total after the 1st 20, since you'll have 5 left over from the initial 21 from the pre-reg rewards in mail.

Hoyo games aren't really meant for re-rolling lol. Since they all use the same launcher now which stores your email i wouldn't bother lol.
