If people arn't aware, ZZZ has a soft pity system just like all the other hoyoverse games.
I got Ellen from pulling 30-40 times. (all free polychroms from events and achievements)
Which is standard because on her limited banner, it's just her and +2 other characters when it pulled for (A rank and above).
You have a 1/3 chance to pull her every 10 pulls. You have an above 70% chance to pull any A-ranks (weapons, characters) after 70 pulls, and you have the 50/50 shot for ellen at 90. With another 50/50 shot again of ellen on the next pull if you missed at the 90.
