Three weeks ago I upgraded. I saw GPT 4 once. After I closed my browser it never came back. I can log out and log back in and I only get ChatGPT. Easily recognized because the ChatGPT logo is green and the GPT 4 logo is black. My browser still has the Upgrade option on the screen. I have a reciept from my bank and no GPT 4. Do need to cancel my upgrade and try again? I'll upgrade to GPT 4 as soon as I can. I thought that I had. Does anyone know what I should do to resolve my situation? Any advice would be appreciated.
