What’s even more crazy is that just in the time it took for me to edit that video, we’re now up to 1.7K !!! THANKS SO MUCH YOU ALL, let’s take over Youtube 😎👌👊👊

I think you're on the right track in terms of target audience. The people who are trying to self-tech themselves code tend to also be the kinds of people that care about productivity (Notion), create passive incomes/side-hobbies (like starting a YouTube channel), people trying to change careers and people just genuinely curious about personal knowledge management.

To your last point, it's 100% true that your previous efforts are paying off with your current channel. They can't have been a waste of time if you were building the skills you're using now.

Keep up the good work! The YouTube algorithm did a nice thing throwing you on my dashboard and I'm thankful for that.

Bro, you are fucking great. I just reached your channel cause I had in mind doing something related to coding and web design, and stuff like that. I have 0 experience and your previous video really inspired to actually take a leap of faith and actually start learning. That's why I bought three courses to start learning from scratch. Like I said, you are amazing and your content is so professional. Keep it up, man. I am sure you will grow much more!

You have been on my recommended for a few days since I watched one of your programming videos and ill tell you why : Im interested in CS, my algorithm recommend me a lot of that and the past year i did cs50 so it matched with your video, despite being from argentina i consume all the content in english, one of the other topics are student related things which your channel also have, the kind of motivational speechs about programming n shit, basically you are doing things right just keep grinding and your audience of nerds will grow.

I think itcs because your channeI is addressing a fieId MANY peopIe are interested in and nobody is addressing these issues. SeIf study, etc especiaIIy in computer science and they kind of reIate to you and you are Iike the onIy oerson recording your progress onIine.
