We are really pleased to introduce you to another Indian Street Food Stall in London; serving up pure vegetarian (vegan) food.
In this video chef Amit kindly shares his cooking recipe secrets for making some authentic tasting Gujarati Indian food.
How to tell when your curry is cooked; Chef Amit says that when the Oil comes to the top, it indicates that the curries are cooked.
Worth saying that we always trust a chef who tastes his final cooking, just to check the spice & seasoning levels.
As you probably know by now, we absolutely love Desi places like this, a place serving delicious restaurant quality, home cooked food; but at very affordable street food prices!!!
There are a many other Desi Indian vegetarian "Street Eat" items on the menu which we didn't get to eat this time around, so we can't wait to pay a return visit wink wink!!! ;-)
PlantXology's other menu items:
* Pani Puri
* Samosa Chaat
* Vada Pav
* Papdi Chaat
* Masala Chai
It's a place which serves food that is blessed by hand and human touch and further energised and charged by positive thoughts.
A special thank you to Amit & Ella who welcomed us and graciously allowed us a privileged glimpse into their kitchen to do the videoing.
Chef Amit is from Ahmedabad, so you know the food served up will have that authentic "Desi" taste.
