Vendors like these should be appreciated and brought to light by these channels. Guy is humble, stall is clean, ingredients are of high quality, even the utensils are proper. The size of the Paratha and its filling is top notch and is properly cooked.
Could have used a little less butter, i guess that's upto the customer's preference.

Can't believe this is street food, this looks better than most 7 star restaurants. He makes it with great patience and doesn't do in a hurry. I really like this. If I ever come to Mumbai, I will come to this guy.

This food vendor is so clear in his speech !!!
Also at 3:18 we can see that he was also very honest and truthful, and this honesty will lead him to success ... not like other vendors who just name their normal maslas with ''special masala'' to attract the consumers, but when we consume their stuffs, it seems normal and nothing special, this leads to decrease in the demand of that vendor's items which can indirectly affect in long term
