Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is the newest franchise in development for the PlayStation 5 console from Naughty Dog, the studio behind acclaimed series like The Last of Us and UNCHARTED. Set thousands of years in the future, Intergalactic puts players into the role of Jordan A. Mun, a dangerous bounty hunter who ends up stranded on Sempiria – a distant planet whose communication with the outside universe went dark hundreds of years ago. Jordan will have to use all her skills and wits if she hopes to be the first person in over 600 years to leave its orbit.

Even if this game is fantastic, I hope they tempered their sales expectations accordingly, because judging by the online reception a not so insignificant chunk of people have already dismissed this.

Why not wait for an actual gameplay trailer before making any decisions about the game and if you don’t want to play it then just don’t play it.

Sempiria, an isolated planet that was cut off from the rest of the galaxy for over 600 years. It reminds me of Hellstar Remina, an uninhabitable planet full of horrible things... Let's see if this game will contain cosmic horror elements too.... 😋

The world itself looks interesting and the vibes are there but wish it was more cowboy bebop than guardians of the galaxy and the characters feel really really off putting

Love space opera; we need more space opera games. I like the setting. Hopefully the game doesn't only take place on the planet. I wonder if ND will make us play different MCs every other chapter. I kind of hope so...
