I'm telling my daughter that if she is in a dangerous situation she should kick the mans balls and run away and scream for help. That is her only way to survive because if she got into the hands of a psycho only god knows what would happen

And people say the tate brothers arent misogynist asswipes. The whole point of these classes is that its all about tecnique not strength. It doesnt matter how tough you are, your throat is still very much vulnerable. No amount strength training can prepare you for getting a blow to the liver.
