One thing i noticed about the grass fed beef is the size went from one and one third pound to just a pound. Shrink flation.

Kombucha= the longer the fermentation, the more sugar is eaten. I wish the labels would provide the brew-time. Keep in mind, at 30 days, it is more potent in alcohol so if you’re a lightweight, you may want to stick to a one- two week brew-time (fermenting).
I make a gallon at a time using the standard one cup of sugar.
In a processing plant, maybe mathematically it breaks down to the same ratio?

Ultra processed milk...read about it. Grass fed makes no difference if it's ultra processed.

I bought those grass fed hotdogs and they were so nasty tasting. I returned them right away. Just my two cents if anyone was wondering.

I went to Aldi today and compared the 100% grass fed that is on sale for $3.99 a pound and the pre-portioned patties that are also $3.99 a pound. On the pre-portioned patties, it didn't make the claim that they were 100% grass fed, although it said did say grass fed and the calories were 240 calories per serving and the 100% grass fed stated 170 per serving. I passed on getting the pre-portioned patties to bring this to your attention for an explanation. I'm sure I'm missing something but I'm not sure what I overlooked. Thanks for your response on this. I appreciate it.

We have been enjoying the Simply Nature salsa for years. My fav is the mild and my husband's is the medium heat. We Love the yummy fresh garden flavor this salsa has and this salsa does not bother my husband's blood sugar. He adds it to the Aldi's breakfast bowls, with some added pinto beans, as one meal variety. He comes up with several different creative ways to add it into different foods to add flavor while keeping sugars in check.

We Love Aldi! ❤. Our go to place for food.
Thankfully, there is a store within driving distance from our home!

Hi Bobby! Love all that you do. Have you investigated the microbial enzyme in most cheeses now? Even Aldis's organic cheeses have stopped using the natural rennet.
