Because, sir ki botal mein ek Chhota sa hole bottle ke niche ki taraf tha jisse andar ka air pressure constant nahin tha, isliye unka balloon blow kar raha tha, aur student ki bottle mein koi chhed na hone ke vajah se andar ka air pressure constant tha isiliye balloon blow nahin kar paya !

In the green bottle : the air is being compressed that increases its pressure and hence difficult to blow. However, I assume there is a hole in white bottle and there is little to no compression and thus it blows

since the bottle is already filled with air particles with no escape route. This is a great demonstration that air takes up space. The air inside the bottle compresses a little bit but not enough to permit the balloon to inflate.

The reason is simple:
When you blow up a ballon in a bottle, the bottle is already filled up with air.
And the air has certain pressure. When you start blowing. The inner air gets compressed. And it exerts presurre, for the high pressure. Therefore, we can't apply enough pressure to compress so much air force

Blowing air in the baloon in green bottle is difficult because the baloon has to inflate against the air which is trapped in the bottle. So to get the baloon inflated, it has to compress the air in the bottle. However in transparent bottle there is space near its mouth through which the air can escape when the baloon is inflated.

Because inside bottle air is already present! So air in bottle adds pressure from all sides to the baloon which resists baloon's flourishing

Small bottle me less pressure hai to external pressure on baloon kam hai
And
Badi wali bottle me jyada air hai to external pressure jyada hai isliye fulane me dikkat hoti h

Jab ise free aur me karenge to hwa aram se displace ho jayegi external wali to atm pressure k alwa koi pressure hoga nhi to arama se gubbara fool jayega

I think the area of bottle is limited and the ballon compresses the the internal air. the bottle's internal air also exerts pressure on ballon. as a result, mechanism of exahaltion can't work properly. the intercostal and diaphragm musckes are relaxed to expel out air...

So simple Ap ne sir Apne bottle me hole karke rakhha hoga jisse AAP mouth se air blow karte hai to kuchh air balloon me bhar jati hai aur utni hi air hole se bahar Nikal jati hai pressure remains unchanged .
But apke student wale bottle me hole nahi hoga jisse use balloon blow karne ke liye bahut jyada air pressure lagana padega
